Pre-Order Policy

1. What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it arrives in stock. These products are clearly marked as Pre-Order on the product page along with an estimated dispatch timeframe.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Payment

All pre-orders require full payment at the time of purchase.

Your order secures your allocation from our incoming supplier stock, subject to supplier fulfilment.


3. Estimated Release & Dispatch Dates

Release and dispatch dates provided on product pages are estimates only.

As we rely on third-party suppliers and distributors, dates may change due to:

  • Manufacturing delays

  • Shipping disruptions

  • Allocation adjustments

  • Customs or freight delays

We will communicate any significant changes where possible.


4. Supplier Allocations

Many toy and collectible products are supplied on an allocation basis.

If our supplier reduces or cancels our confirmed allocation:

  • Orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received.

  • Any unfulfilled pre-orders will be refunded in full.

We do not guarantee fulfilment where supplier stock is reduced beyond our control.


5. Combined Orders (Pre-Order + In-Stock Items)

If a pre-order item is purchased together with in-stock items:

  • The entire order may be held until all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.


6. Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch.

However, repeated cancellations may result in restrictions on future pre-order access.


7. Price Changes

Pre-order pricing is fixed at the time of purchase.
We will not adjust pricing if the supplier increases or decreases pricing after your order is placed.
